A more dynamic Trial Balance Tool with enhanced functionality:
We understand that for accountants the Trial Balance is at the core of their work. To support this, we have rebuilt our Trial Balance import API and accounting structures, to allow better mapping. Additionally, there is deeper flexibility of our accounting structures, which further assist and help the dynamic and intelligent build of workpaper files.
We also recognised that all clients are different and individual, therefore, the new accounting structures can be used in the template format provided or customised for practices to present their client’s accounts (P&L and Balance Sheet) in unique formats.
We have also included two extra columns (References and Notes) to enhance user functionality.
Faster and Easier upload of CSV Trial Balance:
You can now easily auto-map any Chart of Accounts, regardless of the bookkeeping software used. The new CSV data import tool provides a simple and fast upload of Trial Balances, and you can create quick and easy mappings within the application without having to manually map every time. Uploading from desktop applications such as MYOB is now a breeze.

Easily customise and digitally send your client documents with enhanced letter editing:
Our online editing feature has been enhanced to improve the user experience and control, when editing and working with standard forms and letters. Users can now easily add letterheads, footers, electronic signatures, printing and saving to PDF and send completed forms and letters directly to the client, all from within the MyWorkpapers platform.
Create Bulk Files with the click of a button:
Within the Workflow Manager you can now bulk create files, rather than creating files individually. This enables users to streamline the implementation and creation of files at the click of a button, saving considerable time for new users.

SMSF 5.0 has been updated for the latest legislative requirements. It has been restructured to make it more efficient and we have added a new roll-over feature that enables experienced users to skip ahead whilst maintaining the details for less experienced auditors.
Improvements to importing of reports:
Class, BGL 360 and SuperMate users can now easily import reports from those applications directly into the audit file. As in previous versions, you can also drag and drop files and reports from anywhere.
