MyWorkpapers Audit and MyWorkpapers Exempt – now with award-winning dynamic build features

London, 11th May 2016 – Previously only available to the UK market as IRIS OpenAudit, leading cloud audit and exempt accounting workpapers software provider, MyWorkpapers (www.myworkpapers.com) has announced that it is now directly selling, training and supporting UK accountants and auditors with its award-winning flagship, MyWorkpapers Audit and MyWorkpapers Exempt solutions.

The latest productivity updates and integrations for the UK market will be released this month, with new automated and dynamic generation of audit and exempt workpapers files.  In addition to the integration with IRIS, with whom MyWorkpapers continues a strong relationship, products now also integrate with Forbes Accounts.  Further integrations are being added.  These updates will significantly improve practice productivity, compliance for both audit and exempt engagements for accountants in the UK.

The new dynamic creation of workpaper files through trial balance integration and the file Customiser dramatically cuts the time it takes accountants to create and tailor their audit or exempt workpaper files by intelligently building the file to suit the client profile.   MyWorkpapers (formerly Auditflow) has won several awards on the ‘robotic’ features in Australia, which are now being released into its UK suite of Products.

MyWorkpapers CEO Rich Neal said, “Gone are the days of the paper based system, Excel spreadsheets and software where you have to delete unnecessary workpapers or procedures. With our innovative approach, the file builds on the client import and ‘Customiser’ questionnaire.  We improve practice productivity and compliance, evidenced by our Australian client base that have enjoyed these features and functionality for 18 months and now reduce team time on engagements by up to 40% and in some cases more. Our clients are saving time, and cost, on every engagement.”

Accountants want a simple, easy to use system, which saves them time and improves compliance when undertaking audit or exempt engagements. Rich Neal added “Simplicity whilst delivering efficiencies to the accountant are the key ingredients for our success and theirs. The latest developments to the audit and exempt products have been in development and testing for over eighteen months, with the result being a simple, easy-to-use system with a great ROI for practices.”

MyWorkpapers is continuing to build its strategic alliances, integrations and industry alignments to provide the most efficient workpapers tool for UK accountants. Rich Neal said “Our focus on efficiencies and integrations is saving our clients money, whilst systemising and improving quality in their approach”.

Rich Neal is speaking at Accountex 2016 on ‘The future of Auditing’ at 5pm (‘Firm of the Future Theatre’) Wednesday 11th May.
