As an existing client you can sign up to one of our client success plans where you’ll work with our experienced Client Success Team to review your setup and use of MyWorkpapers.
You’ll have access to additional training resources including best practice, Q&A and refresher training, along with regular health checks to ensure that you and your team are achieving the full benefits of the application.

OPTION 1
Our public training session courses outline all of the features and functions you will need to get up and running.
Participants can engage directly with our trainers via chat messaging whilst attending the webinar.
Great for firms where there are less than 10 staff to be trained or for new starters to firms who have already had their MyWorkpapers training.
OPTION 2
This is a private training session. Only participants you have invited are eligible to attend. For up to 15 participants.
This course outlines all of the features and functions you will need to get up and running. You can also elect to tailor the content of the training to specifically focus on key areas or functionality.
This is a completely interactive session – participants can engage directly with our trainers via audio and/or chat messaging, whilst attending the webinar.
Training is recorded and provided to the firm for 90 days to refer back to.
OPTION 3
This is a full day, face-to-face interactive instructor-led training workshop conducted onsite at your location.
This course outlines all of the features and functions you will need to get up and running efficiently.
Includes assistance with implementation and setup.
Participants are engaged with a hands-on fully guided training experience.
OPTION 4
3 hour on-site half day meeting with you and your team; or
6.5 hour on-site day meeting with you and your team (including breaks).
Focus on items identified in your initial consultation, and discussion with you on focus points and topics.
OPTION 5
Our Implementation Team will work with you to scope out your template requirements in MyWorkpapers and complete the build for you. This option is for when you are editing a current template to include additional workpapers or editing (adding or removing) of content. Only applicable where the referencing of the template/file structure does not change.
OPTION 6
Our Implementation Team will work with you to scope out your template requirements in MyWorkpapers and complete the build for you. We will build the custom template for you and one accounting structure. For year-end templates only. Does not include any Trial Balance mapping.
OPTION 7
Our Implementation Team will work with you to scope out your template requirements in MyWorkpapers and complete the build for you. We will build the custom template for you and one accounting structure. For audit templates. Does
not include any Trial Balance mapping.
OPTION 8
Our Implementation Team will work with you to scope out your mapping requirements in MyWorkpapers to connect to your firm’s accounts production software or bookkeeping software if it is not included in our industry templates.
OPTION 9
Documentation of existing workflow and proposed workflow changes on implementation of MyWorkpapers. Workflow Review is done remotely, however if on-site travel is required, additional travel costs would be applicable. Includes access to our example reports.
