MyWorkpapers, the leading cloud-based workpapers platform for accountants and auditors, has been shortlisted in the Best Digital Innovation category at the Tolley’s Taxation Awards 2022.

Judged by some of the leading names in the world of tax, MyWorkpapers’ shortlisting follows a 3,000-word submission made by the firm, setting out the difference its platform makes to tax advisers across the UK.

MyWorkpapers gives tax advisers access to workpaper templates from industry leaders, including Mercia and HAT Group, through a platform that enables them to streamline and rationalise their workflow.

As a result, practices are able to become more profitable and process jobs with fewer opportunities for error.

The efficiencies that MyWorkpapers brings also opens up more time to be spent on the planning and tax advisory work that is increasingly demanded by clients in a competitive marketplace.

Rich Neal, CEO at MyWorkpapers, said: “This is great news. Our team is working with practices in the UK and overseas to deliver the best user experience and functionality available so our clients can move forward commercially.

“Everyone knows about the inherent benefits of the cloud in terms of business resilience and remote working. What we’ve done is to build a platform that not only harnesses these benefits, but also offers a structured workflow with checks and management functionality built in to enable practices to offer the best work possible as efficiently as possible.

“We are now looking forward to the ceremony and celebrating with the other finalists.”
